1. Acceptance

By placing an order on tropicaltaste.in, you agree to these Terms.

2. Orders

  • All orders are for pickup only.
  • Orders are subject to availability.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to stock issues, errors, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Pricing

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

4. Payment

  • Payment is made at pickup via UPI QR code.
  • No online payment is processed through this website.
  • Orders are not confirmed until acknowledged by us.

5. Pickup Policy

  • Customers must collect their order at the selected pickup time.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by late pickup.
  • Orders not collected within 60 minutes of the scheduled pickup time may be cancelled.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before preparation begins.
  • Once food preparation has started, cancellation may not be possible.

7. Allergies & Food Disclaimer

  • Customers must inform us of any allergies at the time of ordering.
  • While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens due to shared kitchen environments.

9. Limitation of Liability

GBB Hospitality Private Limited shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website or from food consumption, except as required by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction shall lie with the courts of South Goa, Goa.
